BURJ AL MUBARAK AL KABIR:
The Burj Mubarak al-Kabir is a proposed mega tall skyscraper in Kuwait City, Kuwait. It will be part of the future city called Madinat al-Hareer. ultra modern city is likely to be around in 2030. This city will cover a large area of If built, this building would become the world's tallest building, surpassing the Burj Khalifa in Dubai. Ambitious idea of connecting this building with the main Kuwait City with a 36-kilometer-long bridge are also under consideration.
NUMBER 4 JEDDAH TOWER:
Number 4 on our list is the ‘Jeddah tower’. Jeddah Tower, previously known as Kingdom Tower, is a stalled construction project of a skyscraper on the north side of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. world's first 1 km high building, and the centrepiece and first phase of a development and tourist attraction known as Jeddah Economic City. When the 3,280-feet-tall Jeddah Tower, in Saudi Arabia, opens in 2020, it will knock Dubai's iconic Burj Khalifa off its throne as the tallest skyscraper in the world by a good margin of 236 feet. Construction of the landmark is estimated to cost $1.4 billion. The tower will be the crown jewel of Jeddah Economic City, a commercial and residential project of 57 million square feet that will feature ultra-luxurious homes, hotels, and offices and for obvious reasons it will be a great tourist attractions. Saudi Arabia's Prince Al-Waleed bin Talal, a prolific investor and businessman, and Bakr Bin Laden, chairman of Jeddah Tower's construction company Bin Laden Group.
NUMBER 3 DUBAI’s CREEK TOWER:
Dubai Creek Tower is a hyper-tall tower under development in Dubai, the tower will become the World's Tallest Tower and Tallest Man-made Structure upon completion in 2022.The name may be a provisional name, like Burj Khalifa had been named Burj Dubai before opening. The Tower at Dubai Creek Harbor or Iconic Tower, the name The Tower at Dubai Creek Harbor was also displayed on a foundation stone at the construction site. The developer Emaar have decided to not to announce the exact height of Dubai Creek Tower until its official opening in 2022 or later, However, Dubai Creek Tower is not likely to be recognized as the World's Tallest Building, because according to The Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH), for Dubai Creek Tower.
NUMBER 2 SKYMILE TOWER:
Rising like the Emerald City is a building that will not only dwarf the world's tallest skyscraper the Burj Khalifa in Dubai it will be of double the height. The Sky Mile Tower is a proposed 1,700 m mega tall building in Tokyo, Japan. The design of the tower is part of an initiative called Next Tokyo 2045 for research and developmental purposes and was made by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates and Leslie E. Roberson Associates. As evident from its name this tower, will extend 1 mile into the clouds. It boasts a mind-blowing floor count of 421 and floor area of 1,375,000 m. The design of this tower is intended to house 55,000 occupants which is a response to urban migration trends that forecast the world's population living in cities to double by 2050.
NUMBER 1 TIMES SUQARE 3015:
Number one on our list is the idea of the Times Square 3015 This building is going to be the perfect manifestation of the word vertical living. Times Squared 3015 is a design concept for a vertical city, more than a mile tall, located in New York City in the United States. It was not a serious business proposal but was an entrant in a 2015 architectural design contest .According to the architects, the idea behind the project is a new skyscraper Times Square throughout the fabric of the project.
