1) Russian Salad Bowl
Ingredients (सामग्री)
For Salad:
1 cup boiled potatoes (small cubes)
½ cup boiled carrots (diced)
½ cup boiled green peas
½ cup boiled beans (chopped)
½ cup pineapple pieces
½ cup apple (diced)
¼ cup cucumber (diced)
¼ cup capsicum (finely chopped – optional)
Salt to taste
¼ tsp black pepper powder

For Dressing:
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp fresh cream / thick curd
1 tsp lemon juice
½ tsp sugar

2) Tandoori Salad Bowl
Ingredients (सामग्री)
For Tandoori Marinade:
1 cup thick curd
1 tbsp mustard oil
1 tbsp ginger–garlic paste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp oil
Salt to taste

For Tandoori Vegetables:
1 cup paneer cubes
½ cup bell peppers
½ cup onion cubes
½ cup zucchini / broccoli (optional)
½ cup cherry tomatoes

For the Salad Base:
2 cups cooked quinoa / brown rice / millet
1 cup lettuce or mixed greens
½ cucumber – sliced
1 carrot – julienned
Mint or coriander

For Dressing (ड्रेसिंग के लिए)
2 tsp Olive oil (ऑलिव ऑयल)
1 tsp Mustard oil (सरसों का तेल)
1 tbsp Chopped garlic (कटा लहसुन)
1 tsp Chaat masala (चाट मसाला)
1 pinch Pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर)
1 tsp Red chilli powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
1 handful Chopped coriander leaves (कटा धनिया)
Salt as per taste (स्वादानुसार नमक)
1 tsp Apple cider vinegar (एप्पल साइडर विनेगर)

3) Authentic Thai Papaya Salad Bowl (Som Tam)
Ingredients (सामग्री)
For Salad:
2 cups shredded raw green papaya
½ cup shredded carrot
8–10 cherry tomatoes
10–12 green beans (1 inch pieces)
2 tbsp roasted peanuts
Fresh coriander

For Dressing:
2 cloves garlic
2–3 Thai red chillies
1 tbsp palm sugar / brown sugar
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp tamarind pulp (optional)

4) Smoky Sprouts Salad Bowl
Ingredients (सामग्री)
For Salad Base:
1 cup mixed sprouts
½ cup cucumber (finely chopped)
½ cup tomato (finely chopped, seeds removed)
¼ cup onion (finely chopped)
¼ cup grated carrot
2 tbsp coriander leaves
1 tbsp mint (optional)
1 tbsp roasted peanuts/almonds
Salt to taste

For Smoky Dressing:
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
½ tsp roasted cumin powder
½ tsp smoked paprika / chilli powder
¼ tsp black pepper
½ tsp honey / jaggery
½ tsp mustard sauce or crushed garlic


For Smoky Aroma (Optional):
1 small piece charcoal
½ tsp ghee / oil
