MEASURES TO STIMULATE PRIVATE INVESTMENT:

In every economy, investment plays a vital role as it also determine the level of employment in the economy. Following suggestions are made to stimulate private investment:
(1) Reduction in the Rate of Interest
(2) Reduction in Taxes
(3) Policy of Wage Cut
(4) Increase in Government Expenditure
(5) Price Support Policy
(6) Abolition of Monopolistic Tendencies
(7) Promotion of Research
(8) Pump Priming

METHODS TO RAISE PUBLIC INVESTMENT:

Public investment plays significant role in the development of a country. Public investment Increases the level of income and employment in the country. In order to increase it, following methods can be adopted:
(1) Taxation
(2) Loans
(3) Deficit Financing
