It was the school's mid term break and the kids wanted to have some vitamin SEA. We planned to go to Al Wakra Family Beach, which is a free gated beach for families only and has 3 playground areas. Unfortunately, it was closed for renovation during that time. We ended up in the Al Wakra Public Beach which is almost beside the Family Beach. It was clean, has free cabanas and restrooms. Since the beach area is rocky, the kids collected different kinds of rocks and shells they could see. We had our breakfast by the cabana. Karak tea for mommy and lola, juices and crackers for the kids.
