Описание: Today we are picking the rest of our Honey Select sweet corn and getting that canned to enjoy all winter long! I'm also making my first tomato sandwich of the season and boy was it the best thing I've eat since the first tomato sandwich last summer! I'm also making some homemade hotdog chili to go with supper tonight, its a recipe you are gonna want to try!

Homemade Hotdog Chili
1lb ground beef
1 onion peeled/diced
1-2 peppers (hot or mild) minced
1-2 cups of water
1 pint of tomato soup
1-2 Tbsp chili powder
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp tumeric
1/2 cup ketchup
salt & pepper to taste
1 Tbsp sugar (optional)

Melt tbsp grease in frying pan, add onions and peppers. Cook them until they are tender. Add ground beef and seasonings (except sugar). Brown the ground beef. Add water, tomato soup, ketchup and sugar, combine. Simmer for at least 30 minutes or add to crock pot cook on low for 3-4 hours or until chili is as thick as you'd like. Enjoy!
