Oya Geron
Artificial Intelligence Transformation Leader | Reshape Consulting, Founder

Oya Geron graduated from METU Department of Political Science and Public Administration in 2004 and completed her MBA at METU in 2006. At the same time, she continued her master's degree in Organizational Psychology.

After starting her career at Procter & Gamble, she moved to consulting and worked as a brand and communication strategist for 10 years. In Turkey, she consulted for brands such as Bosch, Matraş, Karel, Uno, Komşufırın, Balparmak, Ofçay.

She worked as a Customer Experience Strategist and Change Manager at Turkcell. The “Customer Experience Culture Transformation Program” she designed and implemented received an international award for innovation in customer experience in 2015.

Oya Geron has been living in the UK since 2020 after living in Switzerland and Poland. She worked as a Customer Experience and Change Management consultant in a consulting company and Customer Experience Manager at HSBC UK.

An International Certified Change Management Professional, Oya Geron is the founder of Reshape Consulting based in the UK and provides trainings and consultancy to organizations on Artificial Intelligence transformation and adaptation. She has helped more than 3000 people in their change journeys in Productivity and Creativity with Productive AI. She is interested in and works on Change Experience Design, Behavioral Science and Artificial Intelligence.

She completed the Women Entrepreneurship Program at Cornell University as a Bank of America Scholar.

She is a Certified Artificial Intelligence Transformation Leader (CAITL™) by the United States Institute for Artificial Intelligence. She is also a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP)
