Perfect for families, this stunning home has 3 queen size beds(2 MASTER BEDROOMS), 2 twin size beds, and 1 bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom. Sofa bed is located in the living room as well. For added value, Beach Tags will be provided for your use during the rental! There are plenty of flat screen televisions, DVD player, stereo, seating, and gas fireplace for your enjoyment. Fully equipped kitchen, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, dishwasher, enclosed outside shower, washer/dryer, iron and ironing board and off street parking.

While you probably won't want to leave Sea Isle City, you are minutes from Ocean City & Wildwood boardwalks, Atlantic City, Stone Harbor and Avalon.

No pets are allowed. All rental weeks start and end on Saturday, check in is 3:00 pm and check out is 11:00 am. Pillows and comforters are provided. Please bring your own linens and towels.

A deposit of $300 is required in order to reserve your week. This becomes your security deposit. After we receive this deposit, we will prepare and mail you the lease agreement, 50% of rental is due within one month and the balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Family rentals only. Absolutely NO GROUPS. Minimum age 25.
