The New York State Court System's Experience with A2J Author

Описание: Rochelle Klempner, Chief Counsel for the New York State Courts Access to Justice Program, presented during our June 2015 A2J Author New User Webinar. She discussed the NY Court system's experience using A2J Author as a front end to their DIY program. She shared feedback that they have gotten from over 80,000 user surveys. She also had exceptional feedback from the clerks on how A2J Author and the DIY program have increased court efficiency. Rochelle's presentation was done entirely within A2J Author.
