Both babies were carefully observed for temperature stability, respiratory effort, oxygen saturation, and feeding tolerance.
After successful stabilization and maintaining normal body temperature without support, the twins were prepared for safe discharge with parental counseling on home care, feeding guidance, hygiene, danger signs, and follow-up instructions to ensure healthy growth and development.
