The Campbellsville Division of Police and the Ohio State Highway Patrol Responded to a complaint of off duty officer being pulled over by a fake cop car.
The suspect fled and crashed into a street sign and ran on foot. The Suspect pulled a firearm out and a shootout began

TRP Dan Harvey
All fired their weapons and SGT West and TRP Harvey were hit in the gunfire.
SGT West was life flighted to U Toledo Trauma Center and TRP Harvey was taken to a local hospital and are both recovering.
The suspect was pronounced deceased
