Welcome to another episode of Good to Know.
Have you earned the SAP Certified Associate – SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition, Sales certification?
Great! But did you know that earning the certification is only the first step?
To keep your certification active, SAP requires you to complete the Stay Certified program.
Let's see how.
✅ Step 1 – Log in to SAP Learning
Go to SAP Learning and navigate to:
My Learning → Certifications
Here you can check your certification status.
Your status will show as:
• Valid
• Stay Certified Due
• Expired
✅ Step 2 – Check Your Due Date
If your status shows Stay Certified Due, you must complete the required assessment before the deadline.
Successfully completing it extends your certification validity by another 12 months.
✅ Step 3 – Complete the Stay Certified Learning Content
SAP provides a dedicated Stay Certified course.
The learning content takes approximately one hour and covers the latest updates in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition Sales.
Once completed, you can proceed to the assessment.
✅ Step 4 – Take the Assessment
Here are some important points:
• Short online assessment
• Not proctored
• Unlimited retries before the deadline
• Passing extends your certification for another year
⚠️ What happens if your certification expires?
If you miss the Stay Certified deadline:
• Your certification status becomes Expired
• You may need to retake the current certification exam
💡 My recommendation for SAP SD consultants
Complete the Stay Certified course as soon as it becomes available.
Review new S/4HANA Private Edition features regularly.
Practice in a system, not just through theory.
Follow SAP Learning Journeys to stay current with new functionality.
