Florida law requires a hearing to be held on that temporary, what's called ex parte, on one side only injunction. You, if you're the respondent, have the right to a hearing within 15 days at which you can challenge whether or not that temporary injunction should ever have been entered, and whether or not a permanent one should be entered against you.
If you are the petitioner, you have the right to ask the judge at that hearing to make that injunction permanent, which could be for the rest of one's lifetime, although it could be for a finite period of time as well, such as 3 months, 6 months, or a year.
