Ingredients:
Chicken boiled & shredded 1 ½ cup
Oil 2 tbsp
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
Onion (sliced) 1 cup
Carrot (julienne) 1 cup
Cabbage (chopped) 1 cup
Capsicum (chopped) 1 cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 3 tbsp
Hot sauce 2 tbsp
Directions:
Heat the oil then add garlic and sauté it for a minute.
Add carrot, cabbage, capsicum, onion, shredded in it and mix it well.
Then add chicken, salt, black pepper, soy sauce, hot sauce and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes.
Your samosa and roll mixture is ready. Let it cool down.
For binding paste take two tablespoon flour and two tablespoon water, mix it well until you get a smooth paste.
Take samosa patti, make cone shape, add filling and bind it with flour paste.
Then take roll patti, add filling on one side, roll it and bind it with flour paste.
Deep fry prepared samosa and roll until light golden brown on medium low flame.
Your tasty chinese samosa and roll are ready to serve.
Preparation time: 10-15 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Serving: 7-8
