Welcome to January 2026 Glow Reset Challenge | Upper Body Resistance Band Workout #4 ✨
This 45-minute upper body session has been designed to help you build strength, improve coordination, and support posture, while still feeling supportive and sustainable.
We begin with a progressive warm-up to prepare the shoulders, upper back, arms, and core for the work ahead. This phase allows the joints to mobilise, muscles to activate, and the nervous system to gradually transition into training mode. Taking time here helps improve movement quality and reduces the risk of strain during the main workout.
The main workout is structured around 2 combos of 4 exercises each for upper body resistance band combinations that focus on balanced pushing and pulling patterns. Each combination follows a clear and predictable rhythm of one minute of work followed by thirty seconds of rest. This format allows you to regulate your own intensity, focus on good technique, and recover between efforts while maintaining a steady training flow. You are encouraged to move at a pace that feels appropriate for you, resting or modifying whenever needed.
For this session you will need a resistance band suitable for your strength level, an exercise mat, a towel, and a water bottle. Staying hydrated and allowing yourself pauses is part of the practice, not a failure.
This workout is suitable for all fitness levels. Options and adjustments are always welcome, and listening to your body is prioritised over pushing through discomfort. The goal of the Glow Reset Challenge is consistency, confidence, and feeling good in your body, not perfection.
