In today’s video, I’m taking you through my full reset routine — a once-a-month self-care and productivity day that helps me feel grounded, calm, and back on track.
This isn’t my everyday routine (that would honestly stress me out), but a monthly reset I use to stay on top of my goals, habits, mindset, and wellbeing. If I don’t put things into a routine, they simply don’t get done — so this is my way of creating balance without burnout.
