Situated at the heart of the Barcelona Province, Gelida is a quiet but charming town nestled on top of a hill. I was supposed to visit it because of its famous 100-year old Funicular but it was closed for renovations.
But still it was an amazing experience to stroll around a quiet and beautiful Catalan town with its residents so kind and never short of smiles. Let-s stroll around this beautiful town known for its history, wine, and altitude.
