Masa harina flour is used in a lot of traditional Spanish recipes. It's an affordably priced naturally gluten free corn flour that you can use to make tortillas, fry foods such as chicken and fish or use it as an AP flour substitute for cornbread. Here's my recipe for cheese arepas.
Ingredients:
2 cups masa harina flour
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup warm water
1/2 stick salted butter
a few dashes of salt
1 cup grated cheese (I used gluten free herb gouda)
