Описание: មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលតស៊ូមតិ និងប្រឹក្សាយោបល់ផែ្នកច្បាប់ ហៅកាត់ថា “អេឡាក់” ដំណើរការជាអ្នកផ្តល់ការប្រឹក្សាផ្នែកច្បាប់ដោយសម្ងាត់ និងឥតគិតថ្លៃទៅដល់សាក្សី និងជនរងគ្រោះនៃអំពើពុករលួយនៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ដោយផ្តល់ជូននូវយន្តការសាមញ្ញដែលមានទំនុកចិត្ត ហើយអាចធ្វើបានសម្រាប់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋក្នុងការធ្វើពាក្យបណ្តឹងពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងអំពើពុករលួយ។

Advocacy and Legal Advice Centre (ALAC) functions as a provider of free and confidential legal advice to witnesses and victims of corruption in Cambodia by offering a simple, credible and viable mechanism for citizens to pursue their corruption-related complaints.
