The fourth and final in our Governance Workshops series, this session was hosted by Michelle Redfern with a focus on Diversity and Inclusion. Topics included the benefits of board diversity, actions to support LGBTIQ+ inclusion, enablers and the importance of the Chair/President as well as the support of other Board members, recruitment, election and appointment of directors and removing barriers to diversity.
Michelle was joined by panellists Azmeena Hussain OAM, Dr Renae Domaschenz PLY, Rayoni Nelson OLY and Julia Rovery de Souza.
