OATS OMELETTE- Made from oats and eggs, this is one of the quickest egg recipes you can try in breakfast to make your perfect morning a healthier one. Guess what it's one of the easiest too. You can use additional vegetables if you are using plain oats in it. In case you prefer to use masala oats, there is no need of using any other vegetable. Apart from breakfast, this dish may also be served in from of a healthy egg snack. Let us know the ingredients and detailed procedure to prepare oats omelette-
INGREDIENTS
1- 1/2 cup of Masala Oats - You can use plain oats flour along with vegetable of your choice.
2- 3 Eggs
Optional
Vegetables- Chopped onion, chopped tomato and coriander leaves
PROCEDURE
1- Take 1/2 cup of masala oats. Add 1/2 of cup of water to it and soak for just 1 to 2 minutes.
2- Add vegetables, 3 eggs and mix them well to make a smooth batter.
3- Heat 1 spoon of oil and pour the batter. Close lid and cook for 5 minutes. Then flip and cook for another 1 minute.
Serve Oats Omelette hot.
