Описание: In April accountant Hildegard Steenkamp pleaded guilty to over 300 counts of theft. Now all that's left for her, is to find out how long she'll spend behind bars, for stealing from her employer. Steenkamp has been convicted of the theft of more than R500-million of undue tax refunds while working for healthcare company Medtronic. The minimum prescribed jail time is 15 years, but her legal team is pleading for leniency, while the state is arguing for a harsher sentence. eNCA reporter Hloni Mtimkulu was in court as sentencing arguments wrapped up.
