Automation is embedded in the world economy. Artificial intelligence has replaced many of the top careers we value today. People still want the same things: health, wealth and relationships. And they will still spend their money on getting them. But the people who are successful in the year 2040 are those who have learned to create; the inventors.
The pioneers of 2040 have enjoyed a life characterised by a strong educational foundation, and an acute awareness of who they are, their place in the universe and a sensitive empathy to those around them. It’s the combination of these building blocks that has prepared them for life in this new economy.
The good news is they are not alone. There are many others who, just like them, followed the same path in their development.
A path where they were handed a roadmap that showed them how to develop a love and appreciation for lifelong learning, and equipped them with the tools to show them how they could create the kind of life they always dreamed about.
And they have you to thank for it. Now. In the year 2020.


WALDORF EDUCATION
The Waldorf Education movement is the largest independent school movement in the world.
It was founded in 1919 by the educational philosopher, Rudolf Steiner at the Waldorf Astoria cigarette factory.
The main objective of the movement was to look beyond the simple needs of industrial life when considering the aim of education. The movement seeks to teach children in a way that produces intuitive, empathetic, entrepreneurial and imaginative adults. As such the methodology of Waldorf Education emphasises close bonds between learners and teachers.
It attempts to awaken intellectual curiosity through story-telling and creative exercises.
Learners all over the world have benefited from this system. In South Africa,
Waldorf Schools have produced astounding results and many notable graduates.



ACADEMIC PROGRAM
Learners are offered a range of subjects that stimulate diverse aptitudes and interests. From Grades 8 to 10, the Waldorf Curriculum is taught.
Learners are taught by linking content in all subjects to central themes. This results in a cohesive and holistic educational experience, where subjects are all linked in a way that allows learners to appreciate the knowledge
they are imbibing. Furthermore, during this period, key content and skills are taught that learners will use to their benefit in Grades 11 and 12, where they
will transition to the IEB curriculum. Learners will make their subject choice in Grade 11 and will write the IEB Matric Exams in a combination of these subjects.
