Seeding data in Azure CosmosDb for our ASP.NETWeb API | Reviewing PRs

Описание: Today we are moving forward with our User Group meeting application by reviewing PRs for previous changes and seeing if we can add a seeing process to the data store so we dont have to keep entering new meetings just to use the app. We're getting prepared to add authentication and authorization to the app soon.
