WHY is EVERYTHING CLOSED in WAŁBRZYCH?

Описание: After visiting the Ksiaz Castle I had several hours before my train back to Wroclaw. I took the bus back to the Walbrzych Miasto train station and planned on eating dinner nearby. When I tried to find a restaurant, their was nothing open in the area. The only thing open were a Zabka and some liquor stores. There was a strange guy hanging around, who looked like he was on drugs. He kept swaying back and forth and looked like he could barely stand up. I decided to walk around the nearby area and see what I could find. This is the video of that experience in Walbrzych, Poland.
