This recipe makes very tasty and thin pancakes in milk. The pancakes are soft and tender. The pancake batter is prepared quickly, and the products you will need are very simple. Ingredients: 3 large eggs (or 4 small ones), 0.5 teaspoon of salt, 1.5 tablespoons of sugar - mix everything thoroughly. Add 330 g of flour (12 tablespoons), alternately with 1 liter of milk.
Mix everything thoroughly and add 0.3 teaspoon of soda, slaked with vinegar or lemon juice 0.5 tablespoons. Also add 1 tablespoon of oil to the dough. Filling: Finely chop 1 onion. Cut 200 g of boiled chicken fillet into pieces and grind in a blender.Fry the onion over medium heat until golden brown in oil, with the addition of 30 g of butter. Add minced meat, black ground pepper (to taste), 2 tablespoons of boiled water to the fried onion. Fry the pancakes over medium heat. Wrap the pancakes with the filling, as in the video. I got 22 pancakes. 14 with the filling. Delicious!
