Demountable Squaredrop Camper Pod - DIY Build /

Описание: Hello Happy Campers!
On this video I'm showing you how I build our demountable squaredrop camper pod for the cargo trailer which I inherited from my recently deceased father.
My Dad build this trailer 36 years ago.
It took me two months to restore it with new shock absorbers, new axle bearings, new wiring cables, new reflective signs and a fresh new paint job.
The trailer size is 2m by 1,5m and the box that I build has size: 1,85m x 1,25m x 1m height.

The camper pod took me about three months for the main build.
I used 9mm OSB wood for the walls and poplar wood.
And the last three months I'm adding essentials.
The last essential I'm adding is a diesel heater for the winter.
The camper pod has internal and external lights and two fans and gets electric power from the 100ah battery that I have on the storage box in the car.
Underneath the pod I build a 70lit water tank from pvc pipes. This water is for shower and dishes.
A second water tank (about 20lit) was placed on the roof of the box in order to be heated by the sun.
For the transfer of the water from the main tank to the roof tank I use the same pressostatic pump I use for the sink.
The total weight of the camper (included trailer and full water tank) is 530kg.

Folding chairs, Folding Table, Ice fridge 28lt, Water thermo 9,5lt, Chemical Toilet in external tent.

Camping Efficiency of our Micro Camper:
Cold Drinking Water(Thermo 9.5lt & 5lt).
Clear water (70 litres) Water tank under Camper box.
Electric power: unlimited with seperate battery 100A and solar panel 120A.
