Grief Club is the collaborative brainchild of Esh & The Isolations and Andrew. Hailing from Boston and Philadelphia (now UK-based), respectively, the two longtime friends and artists turned personal loss into powerful music. Bonding over the shared experience of losing their fathers to cancer around the same time, they channeled pain and resilience into art- a true testament to the power of art for healing. Rather than letting grief consume them, "Good Mourning" is the creative vision born to speak to grief through the deeply cathartic processes of mourning, survival, and transformation. This genre-blurring, melodic, and grandly orchestrated hip-hop record explores themes of loss, depression, rebirth, and perseverance. While rooted in hip-hop, there is an interweaving of a wide range of musical influences. "Good Mourning" is both a raw and refined experience, effortlessly shifting from masterful rap verses to soaring, choir-like harmonies.
