My latest personal best run of 'Robin Hood: The Legend of Sherwood' Any% Easy, and the first run I have submitted to speedrun.com. This run is currently the world record (not that there is much competition for full runs of the game!).
This is a game from my childhood, and it has been really enjoyable to rediscover and start speedrunning it.
There are defintely improvements which can be made to both the routing and execution of this run. I determined how I'd play through the game almost entirely on my own to see if I could get sub-2 hours without assistance, and I know I have some of the levels poorly optimised. The next step is to look at some of the other record runs and revisit some individual levels to experiment and improve upon the strategies I use.
