Brand new steering parts.
Still wrong.
The inner tie rods on my 1964 Pontiac Bonneville were too long — and the threads weren’t long enough to fix it. So instead of sending parts back, we set up the lathe, cut new threads, and made it right.
Sometimes “bolt-on” isn’t bolt-on.
Light machining, thread cutting, lasers, and a first-pass alignment to get this thing tracking straight again.
