But repeated job rejections due to his disability made him doubt his abilities and left him feeling lost.

Everything changed when Amit joined Sarthak Educational Trust at the Jaipur Center. The supportive environment and patient trainers helped him develop communication skills, workplace behavior, confidence, computer literacy, and knowledge about the retail sector. Each day of training strengthened his belief in himself and prepared him for the professional world.

After completing his training, Amit successfully secured a position with SBI Card through Teamlease Services Ltd as a Branch Relationship Executive, earning ₹1.93 LPA annually. This achievement was more than a job—it brought confidence, independence, dignity, and the ability to support his family.
