You'll get to know this year’s ANCHOR Award judges like never before! While they were busy judging the ANCHOR nominees 2022, we switched things up and turned the spotlights on the judges themselves. In each episode two of our judges sit down and ask each other randomly picked questions. Will they dare answer truthfully or will they hide behind a charming ’no comment’?!

The rules:
The questions cover different categories and can illicit anything from spicy to informative answers. There are personal questions for each judge, random questions that everybody can answer as well as joker questions. Judges who pick a joker question are allowed to ask anything they want.

Reeperbahn Festival is the biggest club festival in Europe and the largest European platform for international pop culture and the music industry. Since 2006, for four days each September the Reeperbahn in Hamburg, Germany has become the center of the international music world and a sustainable interface between artists, the public, industry representatives and society. The Conference program is aimed at professional visitors from all segments of the music industry from around the world.

Hast du dich jemals gefragt, was ein "deutsches Kompliment" ist? Willst du wissen, was die extravaganteste Sache auf Pelle's Tour Rider ist?
Du wirst die diesjährigen ANCHOR-Judges kennenlernen wie nie zuvor! Während sie damit beschäftigt waren, die ANCHOR-Kandidat*innen 2022 zu bewerten, haben wir die Judges selbst ins Spotlight gestellt. In jeder Folge setzen sich zwei unserer Judges zusammen und stellen sich gegenseitig zufällig ausgewählte Fragen. Trauen sie sich, wahrheitsgemäß zu antworten, oder werden sie sich hinter einem charmanten "Kein Kommentar" verstecken?!

Die Regeln:
Die Fragen decken verschiedene Kategorien ab und zielen sowohl auf pikante als auch informative Antworten ab. Es gibt persönliche Fragen für jeden Judge, Zufallsfragen, die alle beantworten können, sowie Jokerfragen. Judges, die eine Jokerfrage auswählen, dürfen alles fragen, was sie wollen.

Seit dem Debüt im Jahr 2006 hat sich das Reeperbahn Festival zu einem der wichtigsten Treffpunkte für die Musikwelt entwickelt und zeigt, wie sich ein überbordendes musikalisches Line-Up mit musikwirtschaftlichen Interessen und zivilgesellschaftlichem Engagement verbinden lässt.
Neben Konzerten umfasst das Programm auch Formate aus der Bildenden Kunst oder Virtual Reality sowie ein thematisch vielfältiges Film- und Literaturangebot. Im Rahmen von Sessions, Showcases, Networking Events und Award-Shows können Fachbesucher*innen des Reeperbahn Festivals Musik neu denken, erleben und: hören.

Unsere Festivals finden im Zeichen des Miteinanders statt – Rassismus, Sexismus, Homophobie und Ausgrenzung finden bei uns keinen Platz.
