Started at Fontana Dam: Lakeshore trail to Lost Cove and then the Appalachian Trail, back to the vehicle.
Lakeshore had nice rolling hills, scenery and lots of easy water crossings. Once we hit Lost Cove Trails, 7 water crossings that required hiking shoes to be removed on. Found Campsite #91 with no issues and the straight up to the junction on the AT. Hit up the fire tower and then straight down to the vehicle.
