Ingredients:

1 medium head Cauliflower florets
1/2 cup All-Purpose / Plain flour
2 tablespoon Cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper or chili powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt (as required)
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Water (as required)

For the sauce:
2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
5 cloves Minced Garlic
1/4 cup Dark Soy Sauce
2 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
2 tablespoon Maple syrup or Honey
2 to 3 tablespoons Sriracha or chili sauce
2 Tablespoons Ketchup
Cornstarch Slurry (1/4 cup water + 2 tsp cornstarch, mix well with no lumps)

Garnish:
Sesame Seeds
Spring Onions
