In this video, I’m making my go-to seed and dry fruit laddoos. Whether you are 15 hours into intermittent fasting or just need a brain-boost during a 9-5 shift, these are the "Dal Chawal" of snacks—simple, essential, and honest. No jaggery, no sugar, no complicated steps.
Key Ingredients & Benefits:
Protein Base: Sunflower, Pumpkin, Watermelon, and Flax Seeds.
Brain Fats: Almonds and Walnuts (rich in Omega-3).
Natural Binder: Soft dates (Nature’s candy, no added sugar needed).
Metabolism: Cinnamon and a pinch of salt to balance the insulin response.
Texture: Shredded coconut for healthy medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs).
Steps:
1. Dry roast the seeds until they crackle (ASMR alert!).
