Today I am sharing with you how I did LOL doll face my out of fondant with addition of a CMC powder. I am a self learning in modeling, so only practicing help to me achieve some progress.
For making this figurine I used a commercial (available in Canada) Virgin Ice fondant with addition of CMC (Tylose) powder to achieve required firmness. This fondant brand is soft and require more of CMC powder. The quantity of CMC to add depend on your fondant firmness and of CMC brand quality. Drying time may also vary.
*Shortening is used to grease hands.
