Описание: Hey everyone! In this video, I'm breaking down our current game plan as we approach the first KvK (Kingdom vs. Kingdom) event. I address the big changes happening with our alliance, our strategy for consolidating power, and exactly what you need to be doing with your heroes and resources to prepare for the battles ahead.

I explain the recent decision to move into NTR for the upcoming KvK season. The goal is to strengthen our kingdom's core defense and ensure we're organized for the main event.

00:25 - The "Dead Alliance" Problem & KvK Matchmaking
We discuss how having multiple inactive or weak alliances on the map actually hurts us. The game's matchmaking calculates a kingdom's score based on the number of active alliances. By cleaning up "dead" alliances, we lower our kingdom's score, which helps us get matched against more balanced opponents instead of much stronger, older kingdoms. I share some screenshots showing the massive power levels of potential opponents to illustrate why this is so important.

01:45 - Strategic City Capture & Map Bonuses
Our immediate objective is to secure key cities on the map to unlock permanent troop bonuses. I walk you through our plan to take specific cities that provide +5% bonuses for Lancers and Swordsmen. Securing these buffs for everyone in the kingdom is a top priority before KvK begins.

04:46 - Why We're Engaging "Farm" Alliances
I explain the controversial but necessary tactic of targeting inactive alliances that are just "farming" resources. If they aren't contributing to the kingdom's overall strength or participating in events, they become a liability. When an enemy server invades, they will use these inactive castles as farms to heal their troops and gather resources. We need to either force them to contribute or remove them as a resource for our enemies.

05:57 - Capital City & Administration Buffs
A quick look at our capital city and the crucial buffs available. We need active players to apply for administrative positions! These roles provide important bonuses to the city holder and all alliance members. If you play on PC or tablet and can help organize city layouts, please step up!

07:46 - CRITICAL Hero Advice (Don't Make This Mistake!)
This is the most important part of the video. I correct a previous statement and explain that you cannot manually reset your heroes' skill points whenever you want. If you build them wrong, you're stuck until a seasonal reset.

Who to Invest In: Focus on heroes like Josefina and Tila, who are considered S-tier and will remain useful for many seasons.

Gathering Heroes: Don't waste XP on them! Level them only to 36, which is the sweet spot for sending enough troops to farm a Level 7 resource node efficiently.

Team Building: It's better to have one max-level team (Level 120) than several under-leveled teams. Focus your resources!
