Lovely pile threes, I sat a bit more with the energy of your reading regarding the replacement energy and what I found was this:
The message about being replaced was not meant to put pressure on you to step forward but meant to alleviate some of the pain of stepping forward. In the sense of: Nothing can go wrong here, it is safe to step forward. History can't repeat itself, because we are too many stepping forward collectively. The best image I can give you is this: think of a 100 people standing in a 10x10 block. So 10 people at the front and 10 rows deep. The first person from the front row steps ahead, shortly followed by the others in that line to support the shared knowledge. If one person in that line needs a little more time to alchemize the fear of being seen, there will be someone else from that 100 person block to uphold their space, to make sure the energy support for spreading the message is there – and when the person who needed a bit more time is ready, they will join in and do their part. So it's not replacement due to failure or inadequacy but a temporary fill-in. Kinda like 10 people working on the same shift, one has an emergency and needs to take care of that, so a colleague will jump in to take on their shift to ensure that there will be 10 people in total working that shift.
