Описание: I’m spending carefully right now. It just seems appropriate as we enter a 2nd week of our 2nd lockdown. But that also means that I’m looking at the way I care for myself again, which is no bad thing. I know that meditation is a gamechanger for me when I’m anxious. So it’s time to refocus on why I abandon the one thing that helps me when I need it most (hello, dark side….!) And I definitely feel more restored and rested when I burrow into a great book - yet a Netflix binge is just that bit more accessible….so I’m going to work on that too.

But one constant is my approach to self-care. I think that the way we treat our skin and hair has tremendous power to revive our spirits and so I’ve been reflecting on the products that have come to an end that I’ll continue to buy. Considered consumption if you will.
