Products I use:

Essence Active Whitener base coat,
Essence All That Shimmers top coat (29 make a wish),
Catrice dark blue nail polish (128 Blue Me Away),
P2 white (337 so innocent), light blue (622 remember me) nail polishes,
Essence 3D Effect Gel Look top coat,
Dotting tool.

Apply base coat to protect your natural nails,
Paint your nails sparkly sheer nail polish and let them dry.
Paint tiny dark blue and light blue flowers by using dotting tool.
Finish the flowers with white dots and finish the whole nail art with tiny white dots.
Apply top coat to protect your manicure from peeling and to keep it shiny and glossy.
