Bengal gram 1 tbsp
Urad dal 1 tbsp
Pepper 1/2 tsp
Red chillies 6
Coriander seeds 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida 1/4 tsp
For Thokku

Tamarind small Gooseberry size
Ground nut Oil 3 tbsp
Brinjal 300gms
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida 1/4 tsp
Onion 2
Tomatoes 3 ( puree)
Green chillies 2 chopped
Curry leaves 1 spring
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Salt as per taste
Jaggery powder 1 tsp
Coriander leaves handful chopped
