Описание: Tundra swans and snow geese migrate each winter to eastern North Carolina by the thousands and thousands. They constantly are making a raucous racket. Swans fly in by small groups, here and there, whereas snow geese usually travel together in gigantic swarms of birds. A small flock of sandhill cranes were spending time with the swans too at the Pungo Unit of Pocosin Lakes National Wildlife Refuge.
