The family that owns Lin Heung Kui and Lin Heung Tea House have been running dim sum eateries in the city center for nearly a hundred years. In an episode that is both savory and informative, we follow the work of the top chefs at the restaurants, from the time that they get up in the morning, long before the rest of the city.
