Jessica brings over 25 years of nonprofit fundraising expertise to her role as Partner at Nonprofit People, an agency that empowers fundraising professionals through customized strategies tailored to each organization's distinct needs. She specializes in fundraising assessments, organizational fundraising readiness, fundraising planning, and mentorship, with a commitment to “holding the door” and supporting emerging fundraisers.

Before co-founding Nonprofit People with her business partner, Megan served in roles where she led major gift programs, doubled the net revenue of a signature event, and successfully completed multiple capital campaigns. She has been featured in podcasts and educational content focused on essential fundraising strategies. She values the partnerships she’s been able to develop with other woman-led businesses in the nonprofit space.
