1.5L EcoBoost (3-cylinder, standard on most trims like Big Bend, Outer Banks, etc.): SAE 5W-20 synthetic blend or full synthetic oil that meets Ford specification WSS-M2C945-B1 (or higher, like API SP). For extreme cold temperatures below -22°F (-30°C), SAE 0W-20 is an alternative option. Capacity is approximately 5.5–6.6 quarts (with filter change), depending on build date—always check the dipstick and your owner's manual for exact fill.
2.0L EcoBoost (4-cylinder, on Badlands trim): SAE 5W-30 full synthetic oil that meets Ford specification WSS-M2C946-B1 (or higher). Capacity is around 6 quarts.
