Many people who experience stammering, stuttering, or speech blockage struggle not because they lack intelligence or ideas, but because their speech muscles and breathing patterns are not properly activated before speaking.
In this training video, I share a simple daily exercise routine to help activate your breathing, facial muscles, tongue, and speech coordination, so you can speak more comfortably and confidently.
This routine is especially useful for people who experience:
• Stammering while speaking
• Speech blocks or hesitation
• Fear of speaking to strangers
• Anxiety before conversations
• Difficulty controlling words while speaking
These exercises are designed to be practised in the morning or before important conversations to prepare your speech system.
Unlike generic advice, this video focuses on practical speech activation exercises that can be completed in 15–20 minutes.
The routine includes:
• Deep breathing activation
• Facial muscle activation
• Mouth and jaw opening exercises
• Lion Roaring (Simgasana-style confidence activation)
• Lip activation practice
• Tongue vibration exercises
• Self-talk rehearsal before real conversations
These exercises help prepare your breathing rhythm, speech muscles, and confidence before speaking situations.
This routine is based on techniques I personally practised and also teach to people who want to improve their speech fluency and speaking confidence.
