Recorded on Saturday, December 26, 2020. This is a weekly test of Laurens County, SC Fire/Tornado Siren System. This siren is tested every Saturday at 12:00 PM ET. This siren is a single phase model (3T22B). This is the worst 3T22 test I have ever heard. I told the fire chief about the siren issue. Last week SouthCarolinaSirens recorded this siren and sounded sick, so I went to record this siren again for the forth time. This siren was supposed to be tested for 30 seconds (SouthCarolinaSirens got 30 seconds of it), not 3 minutes due to siren controller malfunction. Laurens County modified the controller in 2014. I recorded this siren long time ago when it used to do attack (siren sounded fine in fast wail after the controller was modified at that time). Unknown if Laurens County will take any action to fix this siren. I will link the old videos of this siren later. I got a new camera just yesterday (December 25, 2020). This was my first time that I used video mode on the camera on this siren test. Video and audio are excellent. This is the last siren video of 2020. There will be a lot of siren videos in 2021, I will be recording the rest of Upson County sirens. This siren is located at 23197 SC-72, Clinton, SC 29325 (Renno Fire Department Station #1).
Recorded by a Canon Rebel T7 EOS 1500D
