Currently, Laser Technologies operates twenty-six CNC laser machines around the clock, with over 227,700 hours of available machine capacity per year. We offer laser cutting for motor, generator, and transformer laminations, with precision that spans over a range of electrical steels, insulators, and alloys. Our equipment is capable of cutting materials as thin as three thousandths of an inch up to material 1 inch thick, with workpiece sizes that can range from under 250 thousands of an inch up to a maximum of 60 by 120 inches.

With our years of expertise, Laser Technologies has the capability of holding tolerances down to one thousandth of an inch. Metals and materials commonly stocked include grain-oriented and non-grain oriented electrical steels, cobalt and nickel-based alloys, Nomex, Mylar, and Kapton insulators, G9 and G10, stainless steel, brass, aluminum, and copper.
