These are specially designed steam heads for the SST Shrink Sleeve Labeling Machine. They are essentially miniature steam tunnels that heat up and shrink the sleeve label onto the tube within the second it takes the tube to travel the length of the head. They are also engineered to capture and funnel excess moisture back into the water reservoir to eliminate most of the condensation from dripping out of the head. We spent an incredibly long time designing and testing these heads and we are so proud of how they came out. There are three sizes of heads that are all sized to work with a specific CoolJarz™ tube size.

.688 Steam Head – Compatible with these CoolJarz™ part numbers: 68mmch, 78mmpr, 98mmpr, and 116mmpr. These four tubes all have the same diameter but varying heights.
25mm Steam Head – Compatible with these CoolJarz™ part numbers: 114N and 126N. These two tubes both have the same diameter but varying heights.
31mm Steam Head – Compatible with these CoolJarz™ part numbers: 114W, 8Dram, and 13Dram. These three tubes all have the same diameter but varying heights.
