Stand at the back of needles so you barely see the light above sniper. Line up the left side of your right hash with the left edge of the Dorito-shaped piece of metal 0:08.
Aim up until the bottom of your top hash touches the horizontal line on the ceiling just below the corner where the wall meets the ceiling 0:12.
Chuck that frag right at the 27 or 57 second mark or 3 seconds before sniper spawns.
Sniper spawns every 30 seconds.
