Last week I attended a virtual conference run by the Police Foundation on Innovation in Policing. Lots of very well respected speakers discussing change, less top down management and more collaboration and the power of ideas coming from those in teams as opposed to being directed from above.

All good stuff - lots of 'What' needs to happen, but little about 'How' to do this.

So here is a 'How' method, one that if practised, will enable you to answer all kinds of 'Tell me about a time when....? or 'How will you....?' interview questions.

And, more importantly, it will make a difference.
